This role will entail utilizing key administrative skills to recruit and onboard new interpreters who will provide language services onsite. This position will also provide support for current linguists, maintain files, and assist with compliance.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for recruitment of new interpreters for onsite operations department.
Responsible for facilitating the interview, orientation, on-boarding, and follow-up with each new Interpreters.
Run reports and analyze current on-site needs to identify recruitment needs.
Collaborate with Director, Manager and Document Admin in the evaluation of current practices with the objective of optimizing internal processes and policies.
